The following terms and conditions are applied in order to make the contract between the supplier, Envoy Bespoke and the consumer with minimum age of 18 years, and valid until further notice.
Delivery
Our bespoke tailored products are delivered within about 3-4 weeks. However the delivery time may change due to uncontrollable circumstances such as shortage in fabric, where the final product may reach you in additional 1-2 weeks time. Our commitment to you is to deliver the goods at your door step with in the maximum period of 6 weeks.
Our Catalogue items are delivered within 1-2 weeks time. However if you order catalogue items together with bespoke items, your order will come to you as one delivery in order to minimize the delivery charges. In this case the delivery will take place within the time frame the bespoke item is delivered.
The goods are delivered from UK direct to the customer and further details with regard to the delivery charges pls. refer the delivery policy option.

Payments
You will make the payments by VISA or Mastercard. No extra charges will apply.
The processing of your payment will take place in our administrative office in Sri Lanka, and the order will start after the order value has been paid and verified by the payment processing bank. When paying via credit or debit card the order value will be withdrawn directly.
Price
The goods are always sent to you directly from United Kingdom. Possible VAT and custom fees are NOT included in the prices. You, as a consumer, are responsible for paying any additional VAT and custom charges upon delivery of the goods. The prices are subject to change due to circumstances that Envoy Bespoke cannot control, such as substantially increased fabric prices, currency exchange rates, shipping costs, import fees or VAT.

Tolerances in bespoke shirts
Our custom made products are always made to the measurements given by you. You have an option of selecting full body measurement or select by the standard measurements based on the neck size given. If you choose body measurements, the measurements of a shirt are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (Slim, or Regular fit). If you choose the standard measurement option and do not change, the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as on
Please be aware that sometimes there are visible chalk marks on our shirts which will dissolve after the first washing. We continuously strive to further improve the quality of our products and introduce new designs to our shirts and website. That is the reason why sometimes two shirts can differ a little, especially if they were ordered at different times. Shirts made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade due to normal variations in the dyeing process. If any other problems occur, we will do our best to solve them as soon as possible as we value our customer’s opinion.
Warranty
If the measurements or design of the custom made product you ordered does not correspond with your given measurements for reasons other than mentioned above, we will offer you money back guarantee either by re-manufacture without any cost to you or refund the total cost.

Our ambition is to make the customer totally satisfied with the product we supply by keeping our overhead costs at a minimum in order to maintain low and attractive prices. Personal information
Envoy Bespoke is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor Envoy Bespoke being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Envoy Bespoke considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Envoy Bespoke, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
