Return / Refund/Exchange Policy
Envoy Bespoke will give its customers the opportunity to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
For Bespoke Items -
Envoy Bespoke will provide money back guarantee if not stitched to the specifications given by the customer, with the courier charges. If the customer is not happy about the product due to any other reason, customer should return to the following address at his/her own cost with the item at saleable condition. Envoy Bespoke will re-manufacture/refund
How to Return /Exchange -
1. Return via courier collection
You can send a mail via Contact Us page with the following details such as invoice number, product code, quantity, reason for the return and whether you wish a refund or a replacement. We shall communicate via e-mail / phone and organize for the courier to collect the product - free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
2. For Exchange of items
We will release the exchanged product once the original product has been received at our location. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice. A delivery charge will be charged unless the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange –
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene.
Original Delivery charges -
We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
